Passports and travel documents<\/h3>\n

\t\tPlease check the expiry date of your passport and other entry requirements on the government website of the country you\u2019re travelling from. Check if you require a visa to travel to Slovakia and allow adequate time to arrange before departure.\t\t<\/p>\n

Financial Failure Insurance<\/h3>\n

\t\tAll bookings made directly with Tatra Escapes for a package holiday are covered by our own insurance cover.\t\t<\/p>\n

Travel insurance<\/h3>\n

We strongly advise to obtain a personal travel insurance.<\/p>\n

ETIAS<\/h3>\n

European Travel Information and Authorisation System is coming into play in last quarter 2026. The ETIAS will pre-screen travellers from 3rd countries who are citizens from countries not needing a Schengen Visa. The objective is to identify individuals who pose security threats before they are able to travel to the Schengen area. There will be a fee and a form to fill out before you travel. Flights<\/h3>\n

\t\tNone of our packages include flight tickets. Every traveller is responsible for booking these themselves. We strongly recommend to only book the flights after the official confirmation of your trip with us. Not doing so could result in airline cancellation charges, should the trip not go ahead.\t\t<\/p>\n

Making a booking<\/h3>\n

Booking form<\/strong> \u2013 can be found under Booking Information. Please complete the booking form to the best of your knowledge, filling out the mandatory fields \u2013 first name, last name, phone, email address and the package you\u2019re interested in. Please try to enter as much information as possible to allow efficient communication. Alternatively, simply click on Book Here on the holiday you’d like to attend and let the system guide you to book your space through our booking system. We will be in touch shortly after that.<\/p>\n
